This was discussed by 4 Councilmembers and two Code Enforcement Staff and the City Manager in the East Palo Alto Council Meeting/Study Session on Tuesday April 22 2025 around 8pm. Staff asked for more direction from Council. Council charged Staff with coming forward with some strategies. Let us hope that the outcomes below will not come to pass.
